All Sales Are Final on Opened or Used Products
For safety, hygiene, and product‑integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used skincare products.
This ensures every customer receives products that are fresh, uncontaminated, and stored properly.
Unopened Products
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:
Product must be sealed and in original packaging
Proof of purchase required
Customer is responsible for return shipping
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A photo of the product and packaging
We will replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
Allergic Reactions

Lost or Stolen Packages
